Is $2M enough to retire? I'm thinking off just putting it into something like VOO, taking out 4% annually, which is $80k. Maybe also moving out of the US for 330 days of the year to qualify for tax advantages and maybe lower cost of living.
I'd just spend the rest of my time on some cheap travel, learning instruments, working out, volunteering, shitposting on here etc.
