basically, avoid dirty thoughts and actions that you may regret in the future, and you wont go bald.
this isn't the same for junkies/coomers, this group regrets it automatically, and so, they are only doing bits of internal emotional/psychological damage, since they are only feeling the shame of being losers, not of being fags, so the damage is a lot lower.
both suffer, but one suffers less
