It'll cost you to get all of the utilities, drill a well, septic tank, etc. Probably looking at $30-50k altogether, more or less. You can find land packages with these already included on a bunch of acres for like $80k.

That's starting bid with 180 people and a reserve for 15 days. That property isn't going for less than 20k.

There's easily 100x people looking to drop money on land than any money you'll ever have. Better to live out of a car and just go to the most rural and whitest places in america.

The $13 thing is a lie. It's probably for 1 year, then goes up to $100+. Like how cable companies promote their bullshit.

The HOA near me claims it's only $13 a month, but everyone I know that lives there says it's over $100.
