It's pretty simple, but most people don't understand the order, the details, or simply don't believe this is how we do it. So most people never do it. Even if you're already rich, there's absolutely no reason to spend your own money on workers, nor should you ever hire someone to do work UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THEY HAVE WORK TO DO. Meaning we sell the product first, and hire people after.
