It’s a question of how one interprets God’s omnipotence. The brainlet take (think nigger iq, single woman iq, etc) is that because God is all-knowing — because he knows what you will be, including whether you will be damned or not — he must be equal or nearly equal parts good and evil (damning someone who never had a chance is evil, right?). Not only is it an ability (in human terms) to see the past and future, it’s outside of time and inside your mind. Basically God’s omnipotence means he knows what choices you will make. That doesnt mean he’s bound you to any particular choice. Thsts the difference. You can have free will even as God knows exactly how you will exercise it. Free will is the gift God gives all of us even though it means many people will unfortunately use that free will for evil instead of good.
The question off why God allows suffering is a different question and a better question. The free will vs no free will because God knows all is shit tier nigger curiosity.
