I don't believe anyone actually loves me. They purposely try to trigger me in order to manipulate me. Assholes. They were emotionally abusive throughout my childhood and then blame me and call me unstable when I'm triggered by their toxic behavior.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I know that's easier said than done because people with BPD feel a lot of guilt and shame. It's not your fault. You probably have complex ptsd. People are assholes too. Society is extremely toxic.

Look into ACT therapy, either a real therapist or a book. You're not going to shut down your thoughts but you can learn how to redirect them and cope without seething. Lifelong process etc. Good luck.

This does actually help. Your brain consumes a lot of calories. When you have a calorie deficit your brain prioritizes only necessary processes. So all the crazy thoughts and feelings you might have otherwise just don't happen. Fasting keeps demons at bay. Combine this with prayer and meditation and it really helps.

You need to be stable or you'll wake up one day with your life in shambles and no way to manage it. Go to a psych, get drugs, then go to therapy. I'm not actually diagnosed. I suspect that I have borderline traits though with vulnerable narcissism and secondary psychopathy. It just fits. I could be wrong but nothing else really makes sense the way the vulnerable dark triad does. I've been trying to figure myself out for a couple decades now and this is the conclusion I've come to. My social worker listed BPD on my file and asked if I wanted to get a diagnosis but I didn't bother because it wouldn't really change anything for me. They don't offer DBT or CBT. They only treat symptoms and give talk therapy, and I can get that without getting an actual diagnosis. Also ,diagnoses are kind of bullshit. I saw an actual Jewish psychiatrist who "diagnosed" me with bipolar disorder after talking to me for an hour. Gave me any pills I wanted basically. I think I do have CPTSD though.

I don't think I love anyone, honestly. Not in the sense that I care deeply about anyone. I just don't. The way I love people is by treating them compassionately and respectfully. As opposed to hating I mean. Just being decent and treating perspectives other than my own as valid. That's the kind of love I'm capable of.
