-Have a "good reason" to have one, like pest control or range membership?
-Do you have to convince your local PD that this reason is valid?
-Do you have to submit to numerous police interviews and background checks to get a license?
-Do you have to bolt a safe to your floor, and have the police inspect it?
-Do you have to register your rifle with the police, once/if you finally get it, and store only the amount and type of ammo that you are explicitly permitted?
If not, don't even try to compare your local laws with the bongs.
