Twisted Metal was such a good game back in the day. The one where Rob Zombie did the soundtrack for... great game. Used to play it with my friends on a local connection. That dude (OP's pic) was Axel. He could turn on a dime and I think he had like some turbo-booster? I forget. But he was like B-tier. Good-times.

Play Twisted Metal: Head On, it's the peak of game play for the series. Personally I like Twisted Metal: Black the best but TM:HO, especially the ps2 version is as close as you can get to perfect Twisted Metal game.

Just emulate it. PCX2 runs nearly every PS2 game and doesn't require crazy specs to work on a PC. Most modern laptops can run it. If you have a high end android device you can even run AetherSX2. Roms aren't too hard to find if you google.
