The highest IQ nations all eat fish or high quality grass fed meats. The countries with the highest rates of diabetes eat grain heavy diets, including rice. Despite Japanese all being skinnyfags with no muscle, they have some of the highest diabetes rates in the world (and really shitty teeth).
