Got some super concerned looks when I started getting handles instead. Sorry I'm posting so much but this thread is my life in a nutshell. Every thought I had and action i took from waking up to passing out revolved around maintaining my addiction. I'd wake up at 3AM and just start chuggin. Did that every day. Vodka pints in my desk drawer at work, you name it I did it.
Being so high functioning was a curse as well as a blessing. I could be on enough vodka to kill a horse and still excel in life, but the downside is nobody would ask what's wrong because nobody knew. You can't hide jaundice, though.
