my mom yells at me, even after i make thoughtful gifts for her after mother's day, and she doesn't apologize. my dad is dead, he killed himself. my one friend rubbed this fact in my face when he perceived i hurt him, even though i try to do everything to make him happy and make sure he has a good time when he's with me. life is a fucking rotten nightmare, anon. my only sanctuary is sleep, where i am not plagued by this tragically human condition, where i am no longer the material identity which i've cultivated and allowed to define me. i'm just able to experience as it is, the sisyphean struggle ceases.

it's okay, it's not your problem, anon. i think it's even better to not get involved with my problems because i will inevitably drag down others to my level, whether consciously or not.

sometimes, i think i want this, that it makes me happy to have reasons for why my life is so miserable because it means now i have a reason to be pitied and to be finally cared for. i don't think that will ever happen though, because i have to start caring about me, even when i can't see a single good thing about me worth caring about. at any rate, i'm gonna go play games to try and tune it all out.
