Sure, they cost more than a Samsung that has fucking Bluetooth and plays you a song, but they also will last 20+ years, and you’ll be buying a new Samsung within five or six.
I had a great fridge. My wife hated it because it was a side by side unit and she wanted more fridge space. Took ages to find something that fit what she thought was the ideal fridge. Wouldn’t fit through my fucking doors. Finally got it into the house, the piece of shit makes all kinds of weird god damn noises all the time. Had to shim it up a bunch so the door will swing shut properly. Fucking infuriating. The old fridge? Gave it away to a colleague and it’s still working just god damn fine….
