Your upper class royal duelling rapier is a hunter gatherer evolved person assimilated into upper class just like your "tough working class boxing champion" story is is hunter gatherer evolved person assimilated into the lower class.

Lets say in theory for simplicity's sake that you have a society of genetic feudalism where everyone gets their lot according to their genetics then the hunter gatherer would be the knight. And of course the "ideal knight" obeys his lord, grovels before the priests, and protects the peasants(aka the hunter gatherer propagates the other evolutions at his own expense). What the knight has to do is say "fuck this" and kill everyone else: Lords, soldiers, priests, law enforcers, peasants, whatever and go back to his natural state as a barbarian where he propagates himself and kills everyone else.
