Both the Soviets and the USA were able to capture German scientists after ww2 and learn new technologies. I just find it strange that every other superpower on the planet hasn't put a man on the moon, just to show that they can.
It's been over 50 years and apparently nobody gives a fuck about space exploration anymore and we also somehow lost a bunch of records related to the construction and engineering to get there is the first place. Nobody thinks that's bizarre at all?
