>>2041555never have had visual hallucination during sleep paralysis, but auditory, every time. people saying my name, usually. nothing very meaningful, but it is interesting that the voice is very distinct, and always somebody that I know or once knew well. other times it is not a voice at all, and it more a banging about and crashing. like an animal going wild in my home. i think that the most frightening part is not being able to respond. it's also scary when you start to slowly come to, and you know that you could just as easily slip back into it if you are not focused.
