>>20422816>You need to cut out all ultra-processed foodThis is not true. I am old (40+) and I am a normal weight, unlike 80% of the rest of the burgers I encounter in this fatbody country. I eat ultra-processed food, I drink pop, and I don't work out. This is not meant to be bragadocious, nor am I proud of my diet (in fact it's quite shameful). I'm not advocating for this, but I'm telling you because the truth is the truth, and if you really want to lose weight, I will tell you how.
The key is to be extremely regimented about what you eat. I'm talking about eating the same fucking things every day. Of course you can rotate things, but you can't diverge from a particular meal or amount of food or drink. Its pretty OCD. Of course calculate the calories of the things you choose for your regimen so they are the correct amount to allow you to be your goal weight.
I do not eat on work days (weekdays) until about 1pm. I have one meal then and will have a small snack around 8:30pm. Sometimes I do splurge and have 2 meals a day, but not often. I do not deny myself any food, however, I do not do second helpings. My job keeps me on my feet all day, and I'm sure that helps, but I usually only get from 10K-13K steps, which really isn't that much. It's not exercise that makes you thin.
I weigh myself once a week on the same day. If the number has crept up, I adjust my diet accordingly (eat less) for a week. I mean even if it's only 2 lbs I do this. The weight can pile on fast and 2 lbs matters.
If you are a fatass, you're behind the 8 ball already. You need to starve yourself basically in order to get back to a somewhat reasonable weight, then eat very regimented and sparingly till you get to your goal weight. Once you do, follow the instructions I've given in order to maintain.
Hope this will help you to not be a lardass OP.
