But it is also why all religions offer a core of ethics and morals that serve as a tried and tested blueprint for a good life. Following those doesn't make you a jetsetting rockstar, you will likely get to be a family father though. Not so much individual happyness thanyour community thriving.
Philosophy can also give you these core ethics.
What is the true religion? There is none. What is optimal for you depends on circumstances. Apply yourself and be introspective.
