Bant always had many attention whores, but at least you knew who they were. You could laugh at them. Now they may as well be spambots.
If you used questions & answers just before it got shut down, you'd notice a similar pattern. If it were still up, you'd notice a bunch of shitty generals all over it. I believe the mods knew it would happen and shut it down for that reason contrary to popular belief.
