sometimes I try to stop my gaming addiction and delete all my characters/accounts/whatever, then 2 weeks later I'm back
even the few times I managed to quit for months, I just wasted my time on youtube and 4chan anyway
you can't cure addiction by just quitting, you also need something else to look foward to
