>>20444266Both have similarities, but people mistake art for just purely being practice and free. Most people don't realise how structured and theory heavy most art is. Litterature, music, painting, sculpting etc. It probably develops your mind to be sharper and might be why so many noble prize winners were also into arts in some shape or form.
