>>20456986good job, Ritsu. very astute observations, you are learning lots it seems. i'm still a student in music as much as you are, so i'm also figuring things out, just like you. stress sucks when it comes to creativity, but even if it's a slog, i think that doing a little here and there, as long as you give the best effort that you're able to give, is better than nothing.
personally, i'm still working on an acceptable way to include vocal chops in my music, i never was able to figure them out, probably because i went for the schizo mashup version first, instead of doing the basic one vowel oneshot melody. i didn't even realize there was this difference until now. they're surprisingly versatile, i think skrillex even used them as a synth, and you can process them just like you would any vocals.
