2) get a red light therapy device and irradiate your scalp with its red light for at least half an hour a day.
Alternatively, if you can't afford it but live not too far from the equator, sunbath everyday for at least 10 minutes close to solar noon and half an hour right after sunrise/right before sunset.
3) get enough vitamin E, magnesium and biotin from your diet. Look up the highest dietary sources, preferably animal sources, of these vitamins and consume them in sufficient amounts everyday.
4) eliminate all sources of endocrine disruptors from your environment as far as you can. No eating/storing hot food in plastic. No tap water. Use natural shampoo, perfume/deodorant and soap. No teflon-coated pans. No plastic bottles of water, especially on hot days.
5) get enough exercise. Do handstands to increase bloodflow to the scalp (caveat: it's just recommended on the internet, but there's no scientific evidence).
6) get enough sleep, at a fixed time throughout the day.
7) avoid unnecessary stress as far as you can. Get yourself a pet dog if you can, which can reduce the stress in your life.
8) if you have hypothyroidism, it could be causing hair loss. Get enough iodine from your diet. A kilo of yogurt/milk should be a good source to get enough iodine. Find another source if you are allergic to dairy.
