I think that every day the US is in operation, and NYC is not burned to the ground by the illegals... Even if you look at them as regional bank, their competitors of scale are probably 4-5x higher in trade price, compared to current v book, imo.
10/15 years, if they hold through this mess, they're gonna go at least 2x on book, imo. But, everything has risks, and NYC is facing some serious social repercussions.
