Everyone talks about the sardines, but sardines aren't as tasty and don't have as much omega 3 as mackerel. The sardines do have more vit D and calcium so its still good to eat for nutrients, but I just don't think it taste as good as mackerel and kipper.
My favorite combo is simply to put the mackerel or kipper snacks on a bed of quinoa. Quinoa i just seasoned with little olive oil and salt. The combo is so good tho
