Do some solo travelling. Put away your phone if you do. It'll be hard at first but you'll learn alot. And remember to socialise.
You don't need to say hi to random people on the street. But next time an attractive woman is giving you your coffee at a starbucks, make a comment about something. Be it the weather, your craving for caffeine etc.

The only way to learn is to step outside your comfort zone. And I promise it's not scary.
