>>205920241. It raises testosterone. There's simply insufficient physical labor in modern day to have normal male growth. You can only supplement it with lifting or other aggressive forms of exercise. Maybe boxing or combat, but you would still lift at least a bit.
2. It makes you feel really good. A good workout is better than getting laid.
3. It makes you look good, and feel on top of the world.
There's basically no reason to not lift/gym/exercise. There's sufficient time in the day to focus on both physical and mental pursuits.
