Smoked a cigarette for the first time. I felt incredible for ten minutes but now I feel like my throat is made of sandstone. How the fuck do people do this several times a day? Even one cigarette a week would be too much for me

It tastes better the more you do it + do it while drunk to increase positive effects and decrease short term side effects.
I've found zyn now however which gives a much longer lasting and more intense high with none of the tobacco after effects.
