mushy growing was a good project to get my mind off things and it's nice when you see that you can produce some life with your bare hands
I started with lion's mane and king oysters but you can get all sorts through reddit and youtube links etc with some digging
the ability to cultivate growth is very eye opening and fulfilling and requires almost no equipment
but does require a living space, they can be fine inside an apartment even so long as you learn a little cleanliness procedure
