Next, Russia began moving south, and Koreans started selling national rights to Russia, creating a significant risk for the USA,UK and Japan.
Russia aimed to port in Busan and Wonsan.
Japan fought Russia as a proxy for the UK and the USA in the Russo-Japanese War ,UK paid more than half of war expenses for Empire of Japan and Japan won but could not claim war reparations and became impoverished.
