If you think life sucks (and it's your fault), you are a lot like I used to be. How I stayed alive was to "live to spite life". I got angry at hoe unfair things were, and I said "I'm going to keep living because fuck you, that's why".
It's not the best survival strategy, but any survival strategy that keeps you alive is a good one.
