This is one of the theories at least, because Dr. Disrespect was awared a judgemental against Twitch from a civil court.

So, in all likelihood, perhaps it was a twitch employee. Twitch employee made absolutely sure to include they were technically a minor. Twitch records whispers and sends it to some child endangerment organization.

Dr. Disrespect gets banned, Dr. Disrespect gets lawyer who during discovery figures out it's a twitch employee.

Civil court awards him damages based on twitch essentially entrapping him. Perhaps some form of manipulation/disingenuous horseshit was at play because theres very little tolerance for grown men showing any kind of sexual interest to any kind of minor.

If this was the case, it would make sense why both parties are not releasing anything.
