My vacation so far
>day 1: wake up late because I work night shift, like any other day, shit day
>day 2: didn't sleep at all because I'm trying to change my sleeping cycle, went to bed early, shit day
>day 3: only slept 4 hours, shit day
>day 4: slept early and slept 8 hours, good day
>day 5: slept early but only slept a few hours, then when the alarm went off stayed in bed to get sleep, woke up late, still somewhat tired, shit day
The first two days had to be shit, nothing can be done about that because I work night shift. But day 3 and day 5, sleeping badly those days are probably because of caffeine. Day 4 I had consumed caffeine too but perhaps earlier in the day than for day 5.
This is fucking it. Two days of my vacation wasted. I'm quitting caffeine. Or I'll have it just rarely.
