Food red pill: Look at any 1 meal and take any 1 ingredient from that meal, if that 1 ingredient can not be eaten exclusively for 1 year while providing enough energy and building blocks to build large amounts of muscle, then that 1 food is not really a food and is at best a garnish.
No other animal on the planet has the need to eat 20 different things to get all the nutrients it needs. even omnivores will typically only eat 1 or two things for a few months until a new food source comes in season. The omnivorous super power is to be able to survive drastic changes in food sources from the changing of seasons, it doesnt mean they can thrive equally well off anything edible.
