Sick of fucking Pinterest, Facebook and quora shit (amongst others) ruining my search results.

Is there any way to blacklist these sites on google or an alternative search engine that doesn't include these huge shitty notification-oriented social media types of websites?

I miss being able to search and find a decent fan site or page someone has put together.
