I read japanese, do japanese listening, play the electric guitar, music composistion, math proofs and recently into drawing, piano. So training is atleast minimal but if I were serious about it I could get really far, since I have a killer technique for it. I havent gotten into dieting since busy with things, but also I have a plan for that so I'm on progress to lose more fat.
