I always suffered in school and hated it, dropped out of university 3 times.
I had over 30 jobs, every single one of them felt demeaning and exhausting.
After 1 month I want to quit. After 2, I am ready to commit felonies.

I can make no recommendation on medication, that is a personal decision. There are a lot of frameworks and techniques and systems that have improved my life. Without the medication I am incapable of forming habits or maintaining a system, so i need the medication. Maybe you don't. I would much rather not need it, and it isn't for everyone.

I'm not saying its good but if you're unable to do the normal life thing (or simply dont want to because it sucks) then you can become homeless. Free food, free clothes, programs to get free bus passes. If you get caught by police naked and screaming you can apply for mental disability

If you have nothing to lose, go for it. I was ready to die. I had fairly consistent intrusive suicidal thoughts. I was experiencing some kind of executive disfunction where I was just not paying my bills, even though I had the money kind of thing. Lost about 25 lbs. I started giving away my tools and preparing to die. That removed all of my fear of being medicated and losing myself. I didn't care because I had already accepted death. Either medication or change in situation also cleared up my compulsive behaviors around nicotine, caffeine, weed and masturbation. I just didn't need to chase a constant stimulation anymore. If you have nothing to lose, there's nothing to fear. It takes a little time for them to dose it right, and it takes a little time to figure out if you like it. I don't really like it, but I think I'm basically subhuman without it.

Daoism is a lot about how if you try to do stuff really hard its less efficient than just doing what makes sense to you at the time. I think you're trying to force your square peg into a round hole of society. Social status is one of our many currencies, so it makes sense to feel that way, but as you go into your 30s maybe just be the best you that you can be and go with the flow of who you are.

Lack of purpose. Despite the childhood abuse, I functioned well for 6 years in the marine corps, I had true and clean purpose. Fulfilled. After, nothing felt real, or purposeful, or impactful. Finding work impossibly demeaning is an obvious narcissistic reaction to acting responsibly and delaying gratification.
If you also tend towards destructive and/or abusive personal relationships you should test for NPD.

There is no real treatment for chronic NPD.

I cured mine by dropping 750mg of LSD and hitting 6 pure skunk bongs while coming up.
Fried my brain for 3 years but the NPD was gone when I returned to sanity.

You could start taking nootropics (not meme ones that are glorified vitamins) like Tak 653, Tropisetron, Semax, Cerebrolysin, Dihexa, Isrib, and Epobis to increase your focus, memory, motivation, memorization, and ability to understand complex things

NPD is a behavior pattern formed during early childhood.
In my case, the LSD left me unable to lie to myself about my intentions and subsequent actions.
This short-circuited the NPD pattern and over time I formed a new pattern of interacting with the world which was inline with my newfound LSD laser self-relrection.

Of course, the process was horrendously emotionally and psychologically painful and traumatic and took many years.

Here in Florida they are. I live on a small tourist island, and there is an older Russian guy who used to do it here. He was none stop all day making shirts for tourists. He made enough money at it after a few years that he quit it and opened an ice cream shop. He does really well, but now we have no airbrush artists on the island anymore. I have a bar here and people constantly ask about airbrushed t-shirts and where to get them. We don't have anyone that can do though.

Airbrush t-shirts are sort of a part of Florida culture.
