there is this girl at work and i think she has a crush on me. i always catch her looking at me and grinning so i went to speak to her once and asked "how is your shift" and she started getting all shy and giddy and pretend to be too busy to talk. im in my early 30's and she only looks to be about 21. would it be weird if i wait for her to go on her dinner and then go in with her and talk where it's quiet? i have autism so i dont understand.
