These are things that are normal in both anime and western cartoons. They appeal to kids because kids lack the emotional and intellectual maturity to appreciate the subtlety and complexity of an adult story. Adult anime fans are children in adult bodies, that's why they like these shows. "Adult themes" like violence or sex do not make this any less true.

I will continue to judge tranime fans all I want.
And yes, I have tried watching tons of different animes, that's why I got this opinion. I enjoyed vinland saga and goblins layer, then I tried watching about 20 others and hated them all. hated full metal alchemist, hated attack on titan, hated demon slayer, hated one piece, hated my hero academia. The reason anime is so popular now is because adults have become less mature.
