When he started to make a ridiculous amount of money for basically just acting silly on the internet, reviewing his favourite things and he started to get the idea in his head that he deserves this. People should just donate money to him for existing and making some low effort commentary and just fence sitting.
He traded away a lot of his fortune (like trying to trade shitcoins like ETH), not knowing what you're doing of course you're going to lose money, it's gambling at that point if you're just making these impulse trades with significant sums. All while maintaining this very high upper class lifestyle: escorts and hotels, trips to disneyland, steakhouses and so on while still begging for money.
Then he decided that working is beneath him, and to not even try to do any kind of work. That his fans should just keep paying him, while the quality of his work just got worse. And of course he faked illness for sympathy donations. The alternative for him is to face up that he's a lazy, entitled prick and he'd rather lie a lie than actually do that.
