I've worked a lot a jobs, and have worked with a lot of different software and systems. Some were efficient and some made me wonder why the company was even paying for the program.
I'm sure other anons have experienced this too. Especially today as old time paper record systems are being switch over to computer. Last week I saw four old timers at the company i work for let go, after a new company took over. almost everything instantly went to shit and everything was backed up by a mile.
I can find efficient ways to do my work but many others cant unless their hand is held.
It seems as tho things are drastically switching from being well made and manufactured with experienced and efficient people, to being produced rapidly with little quality assurance. Why does effectiveness have to sacrifice efficiency?
Are people that lazy or does everyone not care?
