Basically all the remaining old /b/tards who were fed up with /b/ having settled into its terminal form poured into /bant/ on day one for one last short encore performance, before…whatever happened happened by that summer. Once the Touhoufags won the original "war" for stewardship of /bant/ culture, things somehow quickly settled onto path that leads to modern day /bant/, but it was still possible to have an okay-ish time doing banter and shitposting here from late 2017 through 2019.
