Heres my rundown on how would i did it, Pardon my grammar!
What you will need:
>No empathy (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
>Target
>Binoculars
>A ski mask
>Black jacket or military surplus
>Gloves
>Any device that can take zoomed photos
>Any type of car
>A house with either basement or a no-window room
>Melee weapon is recommend such as baseball bat, knife, Axe, Maybe fist will do the job
>Atleast 900mg of prpofol or much better sodium thiopental (Knocking the person with a weapon is also a option)
>Sound proof panels
>Speakers
>Good lying gut
>Basic knowings of psychological torture
>Weird fetish nobody knows about (Optional)
How to do it:
>Find a target, Find one you had seen numerous times before, not some random person youve seen once in a restaurant, Incase you can try it fast and just take her to your car, Your target can also be friend zoned crush of yours.
>Stalk the target, Wait out outside or somewhere then wait until target comes out and starts walking, Follow it from far distance obviously and use binoculars to stalk it
>Take photos of your target, You need to know how does the target looks like obviously
>If she leaves her personal things unintended, Take a look at them you may be able to find her name, date of birth, place of birth, Social security number, Anything helping you to know your target more!
>Find the routine of the target, The more longer her routine is before going home, more better, if the target goes trough a street/alley way that is not really full of people and mainly police presense, make sure to note that place for the capture of the target
>Make sure you note everything about the target to any kind of either physical or digital media, Pick the best way soo police wont find it if they gonna get search warrant
>Find her home address, If you know it already, you can break into her home and kidnap her from there, its much safer method if the target lives alone
