Then I would redesign cities and the nature of life itself, I would focus on promoting active lifestyles, pay people to exercise, make denser cities where you are forced to walk, make robust infrastructure for biking and ebiking, trains, automated cars and flying vehicles. Make festivals and congregational areas, I'd want life to be more based around travelling and local festivals than working or using media devices. I would utilize AI and robots to create a surveillance state, but maintain councils of people to make sure law enforcement is fair. I would also make school free and normalize people staying in school until age 30 or 40, I would want a highly educated populace, educate people on real stuff like history and design and engineering and AI and nutrition, school would be based largely around AI and videos rather than paid teachers, but I'd also try to make school about socializing and having scholars to consult on hand.
Basically, if I controlled society, I would force the world to live fulfilling lives based around travel, exercise and education, I would restrict the internet and media, but not outright ban it. I would make real incentive for people to travel around, try to develop real regional cultures, make real congregational events like playing movies in public parks every day, and restrict the internet so you had to go out to watch movies.
