Just looking at my hairline makes me feel so much older than I am. My health feels like its rapidly declining too. Just before I turned 30 I felt okay but its now just going downhill and I feel like time is running out. Like literally was just laying in my bed the other night thinking holy shit in 20 years I'll be 50. And time goes by quicker as you get old so i feel like I'm going to burn the next 20 years quickly and I'll have nothing to show for it

Being given a death number hit pretty hard and I thought about my mortality heavily for quite a while after that. If you don't like anything about your life now, change it no matter what it takes. This shit will be over a lot more quickly than most of us are ready for. Hell, even if you think you're ready for it I bet you're not.

Anyway, I've been in a resetting process since then. I went from 212lb to 167, getting a divorce, selling my house, etc. It's hell right now but it's got to be done
