When you live rent-free, get most things for free, and rarely ever consoom or buy frivolous shit, I have a pretty good amount of savings. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing until I can buy a house basically for free, when a really good opportunity presents itself. I'm sure sooner or later a friend, acquaintance, or family member will give me an offer that's too good to pass up.
