The MAID staff has found out that illicit drugs were being circulated in the euthanasia center. After a week of investigating the issue, they've narrowed down the culprits to three patients, you and two other guys (pic related)

The MAID staff gave you all 24 hours to inform on who's smuggling the drugs, after which they would hang one of you in front of all the other patients.

The guy with pink hair said he signed up to be euthanized anyway, and doesn't care how he dies. This morning, the staff rounded up all the patients in the backyard and stripped him down to his underwear. You and the other suspect are kneeling with your hands zip tied behind your back and watch as they silently lift him up in the air by his neck in front of everyone and uneasily watch his body writhe agonizingly until it runs out of air. The staff then leave his half-naked body for display for the rest of the day.

The staff then tells the two of you that whoever informs on the other first will enjoy a more dignified death.
