>Check ID lf black female
>11 traffic tickets
>half of which are for driving said Sedan with no insurance
>Check plate number of Sedan
>No insurance
Not at fault, demands report and shouted financial threats towards the Pickup occupants, but has no insurance.

>cant ticket in priv property like the lot, but can ticket the male for driving the Sedan with no ins and driving on revoked license
>Have to ticket the guy cuz I ran those checks thru dispatch anyway
>I give paperwork out, Pickup occupants leave with report number
>Sedan occupants start cussing me out and demand to speak to my supervisor
>He is at home
>I call him anyway
>He tells them I did nothing wrong
>I make occupants switch places cuz female occupant has valid license
>They are still cussing me out
>"...You have a mandatory court date. Here's your report number. Have a good day, sir."

All they had to do was not freak out and cause a scene, and I would've never thought to check their IDs; and I would've just written a minor private property report and left it at that. I hate filing big ass reports and tickets as much as ppl hate getting them.
