Now I know that is stupid. And there are plenty of guys that are taller richer more handsome etc and to make it worse, they are all a few swipes away on some app

When you believe you have inherent value it's easy to talk to girls because you believe you are special. When you lose that and you're not 6'+ gigachad what do you even have left
