I wish I could go back to the past and take away all the hours spent into video games and put it into something useful. You have lost thousands of hours into video games and the skills, abilities you gain from them are essentially worthless. Unless you somehow play esports I guess.
1000s of hours that could be spent on something like an instrument would take you pretty far. Of course its not as fun and addictive, but i guess games have to be that way so they can sell.
No more thinking about what I could have done in the past. I have started to play games way less than before, but I'm also still pretty much addicted to watching streamers on my free time.
I hear about people who say they practice 4+ hours everyday. And it baffles my mind how they can consistently do that when I struggle to do 2 hours sometimes maybe just 40 mins.
What do they do thats so different to me that makes it work?
