Biology doesn't support eusocial workers yet, in order for human civilization to do this a caste of workers needs less dna than their mother.
Since DNA is passed on by parents a worker with an incomplete genome would, if they mated (worker ants and bees can mate and lay eggs) create offspring with less than 50% mother's DNA and more than 50% father's DNA. Essentially making clones of the father. (Perhaps it is 30/50 mother/father)
These "bastards" will cuck the colony and be more different from that worker than her own sisters.
No the worker has a greater chance of creating true children that share her genetics if she gives her life so the queen may lay one more egg.
The queen has a full genome, and will create 50/50 mother father children.
This is the basic mathematics behind why eusocial insects work. Humanity has elements of this, but is still in the all life is 50/50 phase. Not sure how much genetic modification would need to be done to make us truly eusocial, but despite the elite's best larp attempts It's not going to happen short of insane crisperbabies. Even then, biology would likely keep developing more independent offshoots of the "eusocial human"
